Our Vision
The National Federation of Farmers of Sierra Leone (NaFFSL) envisions a Sierra Leone with a thriving and sustainable agricultural sector that nourishes its people, empowers farmers, and fosters economic prosperity”. Our long-term vision is to cultivate a nation where agriculture serves as the backbone of the economy, providing food security, improved livelihoods, and a flourishing rural community.
Our Mission
The mission of the National Federation of Farmers is “to unite, represent, and advocate for farmers across Sierra Leone, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and empowering rural communities”. As the umbrella organization for farmers, we strive to enhance agricultural productivity, strengthen farmer cooperatives, and influence farmer-friendly policies that support the growth and development of the agricultural sector.

At the heart of the National Federation of Farmers of Sierra Leone (NaFFSL) lies the core purpose of championing the rights and interests of farmers. We are committed to fostering a supportive environment for farmers to thrive, offering them the tools, knowledge, and resources necessary to overcome challenges and seize opportunities.
